General terms and conditions

 

The participation fee for the conference “Fuels of the Future 2019” is (including break drinks, lunch buffet, evening event and presentations on a USB stick and excluding VAT) is:

Registration
You will receice a confirmation by e-Mail and an invoice as a binding participation confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount after billing with indication of the invoice number. By transferri ng the amount, you will be automatically registered to attend.

Privacy Policy
With the registration to the conference "Fuels of the Future" we collect and save the contact information you are entering in the registration form to communicate necessary conference information. You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request rectification, blocking of access to or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if concerning these issues and if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. In addition, you also have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

Cancellation
A processing fee of € 50.00 euros will be charged if you cancel your participation by 16/01/2019 (only in writing). If you cancel after the 16/01/2019 the full participation amount is due. Please give your full name, address and invoice number in case of a calculation. Alternatively, you can appoint a substitute participant without additional costs.

Note
Simultaneous interpreting German-Englis h is offered. The presentations of the conference are  available for downloading in English or German after the Congress from the 29/01/2018 onthis website for Congress participants.
 
Program
The organiser reserves the right to make programme changes for an urgent reason.
