Participation Fee 

The participation fees for the 20th International Congress "Fuels of the Future 2023" will be announced as soon as registration opens. The participation fee for the congress "Fuels of the Future 2023" includes congress ticket, beverages during breaks, conference documents, lunch buffets and evening reception.

Registration & Invoicing
After registration you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. After receiving the confirmation of registration you are registered for the congress. Please make sure that the stored data is entered correctly for the billing information. If your billing data differs from the registration data, please be sure to additionally enter the different billing address below. In case of subsequent correction of the invoice data, we have to charge a processing fee of 25,- € plus 19 % VAT.
The invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of January 2023. The statutory value added tax is 19%. Please transfer the participation fee upon receipt of the invoice, quoting the invoice number.

Cancellation
A processing fee of € 50,00 will be charged if you cancel your participation by 06/01/2023 (only by mail to ohrpuare@ovbraretvr.qr). If you cancel after the 06/01/2023 the full participation amount is due. Please give your full name, address and invoice number in case of a calculation. Alternatively, you can appoint a substitute participant without additional costs.

Privacy Policy
With the registration to the conference "Fuels of the Future" we collect and save the contact information you are entering in the registration form to communicate necessary conference information. You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request rectification, blocking of access to or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint (ohrpuare@ovbraretvr.qr) if concerning these issues and if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection.

Declaration of consent photo, sound and and film recordings
The participants agree that during the congress on 23. and 24.01.2023 photo, sound and and film recordings may be made. All 15 sessions wil be recorded. If one of the participants expressly does not wish this, he must declare this in writing before the start of the event, otherwise his agreement is valid. The photo, sound and and film recordings can be used for documentation and public relations purposes by the organizers.

Change of program
The organizer reserves the right to change the program due to current events. Further details on changes due to Covid-19 restrictions will follow.

Note for Translation
Simultaneous interpreting German-English in English-German is offered.

Access to the presentations
The presentations of the conference are available for downloading in English and/or German after the confernce from latest the 30/01/2023 on this website for conference participants.
